You will be scheduling care staff visits, making adjustments according to client and CAREGiver demands and, in effect, managing the roster system.
Applicants will already have experience in a similar role and have worked with a computerised scheduling system, preferably People Planner. This can be a pressurised working environment and you must have the skills and aptitude to carry out the role in a highly professional manner, capable of acting decisively when required.
Excellent communication skills will enable you to carry out this role in an efficient and organised manner, liaising with office and particularly care staff, as well as clients and other health professionals. Patience, enthusiasm and flexibility are also essential attributes.

In addition to the salary on offer, you will also receive four weeks’ holiday and join a pension scheme. You will be supported to ensure that work is delivered the Home Instead way, and we will provide ongoing relevant skills training (including Diploma in Health and Social Care), full office assistance and supervision.
