We are looking for a talented Scheduler / Coordinator with a relevant background to join our team in Norwich. As our Scheduler / Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing client and CAREGiver schedules to provide outstanding quality service to clients with the emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be working as part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding quality care to our clients. You will build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, plan and organise schedules, be responsive to changes in circumstances and ensure all staff and clients understand their up to date schedules.
To be successful, you will have relevant professional, customer service experience. You will be commercially aware, have strong influencing skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of objectives and the ability to build good working relationships. With strong organisation and planning skills, you will be able to work well and accurately under pressure. You will be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota and have your own transport for occasional client visits.

This role will play a vital part in taking our office from a “Good” to “Outstanding” CQC standard, while continuing to grow the business.
