We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our rostering system within our high quality, highly respectable and person centred leading Domiciliary Care Company, we are committed to “Changing the Face of Ageing” in our local community.

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate high quality care to vulnerable people in our local community.  We firmly believe continuity of care and building relationships with our Clients, we do this by placing the same CAREGivers with the same Clients to allow quality care to blossom.

As our Care Scheduler your main duty is to ensure continuity and quality of care with all our clients, by guaranteeing all care calls are allocated with an appropriate CAREGiver. 

As Care Scheduler your duties will be:
  • Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new packages.
  • Managing the rostering system for emergency cover and holiday cover.
  • Managing continuity of CAREGiver to Client on a day to day and monthly basis.
  • Producing monthly and day to day rotas for Clients and CAREGivers.
  • Leasing with colleagues to manage the ratio of CAREGivers to Clients.
  • Keeping computer and paper files up to date with changing information.
You must have:
  • Experience of rostering.
  • Educated to A level or equivalent or above.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
  • Experience of using Microsoft products.
