Home Instead Senior Care is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.

We are seeking a commercially aware Registered Care Manager or a very experienced Care Coordinator looking for the next stage of their career to manage and develop the care operation of an independently owned Home Instead Senior Care office. We are looking for an individual who:

  • Must be flexible, positive and motivated
  • Must have management experience and leadership skills.
  • Must have good inter-personnel skills
  • Has achieved or be working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
  • Have thorough knowledge of Care Standards Regulations
  • Have good planning and organisational skills
  • Must be able to produce comprehensive well written care plans and care reviews
  • Good IT skills
  • Full Driving License and daily use of own vehicle
  • Must be able to manage all emergency on-call issues effectively and take on on-call duties as required.

The Role
  • Day to day management of the office
  • Management of Staff and CAREGivers
  • Client Management  both existing and new clients
  • Management of the Recruitment Process
  • Manage Compliance, CQC and Quality Control Systems
  • Working effectively with current team
  • Must be able to produce, comprehensive, well written care plans nd client reviews
  • Business development and growth
  • Health and Safety
  • Work well with, and be accountable to the Director
