Ex-chef and long distance lorry driver Mark Benson, 63, feels he’s finally found his ‘job for life’. Graduating from catering college in the 70s, Mark worked his way up the culinary career ladder in a number of hotels rising from larder chef to catering manager. He then spent time in hotel management roles before moving into sales, selling catering equipment to hotels and restaurants up and down the country.
